What a fantastic start

The very first eclectic presents evening shopping extravaganza has been and gone. If you came then thank you and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did, if you didn’t then here’s what you missed..

By 6.30pm we had shoppers queuing outside and our stall holders were rushing around putting the last minute finishing touches to their stands and tables.

The doors burst opened at 7pm, and the excited guests rushed in to claim their free goody bags. Our lovely stall holders had donated gifts, freebies, vouchers and more to make the first ever eclectic present shopper feel really special.

(The first batch of goody bags)

We had some gentlemen from Nottingham Rugby Club on hand to sell tickets for the raffle and they raised over £300 for breakthrough breast cancer – a result. Not to mention the delighted winners of some fantastic prizes (all donated to us by our generous stall holders)

The rest of the evening passed in a blur of chatting, drinking, shopping, pampering, laughing and generally having fun. We had so many fantastic comments from makers and customers and we have lots of plans to make the next one even better!! It was an absolute pleasure to be involved with so save the date for a Christmas Shopping Extravaganza on November 18th.
